MYTAXFILER respects the privacy of the users of our services and web site. To that effect, we have instituted the following Privacy Policy:

Collection of Information – We collect several types of information to best serve our customers, vendors, banks or creditors, employees, associates or affiliates, visitors, investors or shareholders, or other valuable contacts (referred to collectively in this Privacy Policy as "Person") wanting MYTAXFILER services, products or information. Such may be personally or non-personally identifiable information.

Personally Identifiable Information – Personally identifiable information is any information that MYTAXFILER attempts pooling from a person whether orally, electronically or online through any of its websites, to identify, contact or service the person with the services, products or information offered by or as relevant to MYTAXFILER or its subsidiaries, associates, affiliates, partners, employees, contractors, consultants, authorized third parties (referred to collectively in this Privacy Policy as "MYTAXFILER"). Such information may include details as may be necessary for MYTAXFILER to register, renew or cancel the Service or Information Request made by the Person (including Primary name, address, email address, telephone number and birth date etc). We may request other non public but personally identifiable information from a customer when the individual uses our services or products (referred to collectively in this Privacy Policy as the "Service"). Such information may include all the details as are necessary for MYTAXFILER to process and complete Person's Service or Product Request. We may also receive personally identifiable information from the company in which the customer is employed (or the organization to which the customer applied for employment), a college (or university) that the customer attends and/or a Third Party Organization that seeks information from us (referred to collectively in this Privacy Policy as the "Entity"), to which Entity the said Person might have provided personally identifiable information and which uses our Service or Information.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information – Non-personally identifiable information is information that, which by it, cannot be used to identify or contact a Person, such as nationality, profession or gender etc. Non-personally identifiable information may also include user IP addresses, browser types, domain names, name and other particulars of the Entity, and other identifiable or anonymous statistical data involving the use of our Service or Information.

In addition, our Web site tracks information about the visits to our Web site. For example, we compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors to our site, the daily requests we receive for particular files on our Web site, and from which countries those requests come. These aggregated statistics are used internally to better provide services to the public and may also be provided to others, but again, the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.

To effectively process your order or service request, MYTAXFILER needs to know some standard and specific information, such as your name, your family member's names, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, tax identification numbers and telephone number. For the purposes of preparing and filing your or your business tax return, we need to know the registration details, officer information, residential status, money spent towards certain expenses and investments, retirement plans contributions, spouse and dependent information etc. For the purpose of forming your business, non profit, corporation or limited liability company (LLC), trust, estate etc we need to know the following information: the name you want your business entity to have, a brief description of the purpose of your business, the name and address of the corporation or registered agent, the name and address of the directors and officers of your corporation or members or managers for an LLC, how many shares of stock your corporation will be authorized to issue and the par value of such stock etc.

It is our policy that the information you provide is kept private and confidential. All order information is encrypted with secure server software to protect it from unauthorized access. Your credit card information and password for accessing the online account shall remain encrypted within our database and we have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

Updates – MYTAXFILER may occasionally notify you of our or our partner's new services and special offers via periodic mailings or e-mail updates, or a referral or an introduction while requested by you via writing or in an face to face meeting or telephonic conversation. For all e-mail-based marketing communications individuals on our database are automatically enrolled for our e-newsletter and email-based promotions. If you are receiving these materials and would like to be removed from our list, please send an e-mail to tax@mytaxfiler.com.

Laws and Legal Rights – We may also disclose information (including personally identifiable information) if we believe in good faith that we are required to do so in order to comply with an applicable statute, regulation, rule or law, a subpoena, a search warrant, a court or regulatory order, or other valid legal process. We may disclose personally identifiable information in special circumstances when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating the Terms and Conditions of our Services, or to protect the safety and/or security of MYTAXFILER, our users, or the general public.

Third Parties Generally – We reserve the right to provide to third parties information that does not allow any person to be identified or contacted, including where such information is combined with similar information of other users of the Service or Information. For example, we might inform third parties regarding the number of unique users who seek our service or information and the information breakdown of registered users of our service or information. The third parties to which we may provide this information may include potential or actual commercial partners, sponsors, licensees, researchers and other similar parties.

We will not sell, share, license, trade or rent personally identifiable information other than as specified in this Privacy Policy, except as permitted by law.

Outside Contractors – We may employ independent contractors, vendors and suppliers (collectively, "Outside Contractors") to provide specific services and products related to our service or information, such as tax preparation and planning, customer care (call, and support centers), back office management, research and knowledge processing; managed hosting and maintenance of our service or information – servers (rented, leased or co-located), VOIP, data storage, fraud screening, and developing applications for our Service, Information, websites or e-mail accounts. In the course of providing products or services to us, these outside contractors may sometimes have limited access to information collected on the Service, including personally identifiable information. We sign Confidentiality Agreement with these outside contractors and require that these contractors (1) protect the privacy of personally identifiable information consistent with this Privacy Policy, and (2) not use or disclose Information of MYTAXFILER or personally identifiable information of any Persons using MYTAXFILER Service or Information for any purpose other than providing us with the products or services for which we contracted and without written consent being obtained from us for usage or such information, either directly or indirectly.

Website Areas beyond MYTAXFILER's Control – MYTAXFILER Site may include interactive forums such as message boards and chat rooms. Please note that any personally identifiable information disclosed in such areas is public and becomes public information. You should use caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

Affiliates – We may disclose information (including personally identifiable information) about a Person to our Affiliates. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Affiliates" means any person or entity which directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with MYTAXFILER, Inc., whether by ownership or otherwise. Any information relating to customers that we provide to our Affiliates will be treated by those Affiliates in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Customers should be aware that we may revise this Privacy Policy at any time and that such revisions may result in additional uses or disclosures of their personally identifiable information. If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on the Service so they are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner significantly different from that stated in this Privacy Policy, or otherwise disclosed, at the time it was collected, we will notify the customer by email, and the customer will have a choice as to whether or not use personally identifiable information in the new manner. We may also make non-significant changes to this Privacy Policy that generally will not affect our use of personally identifiable information.

Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by e-mailing us at tax@mytaxfiler.com.

Upon request we will provide customers with access to their own records. Customers can access and correct this information by contacting our Customer Care department.

Consent to Disclose information per Rev. Proc. 2008-35, Treasury Regulation §301.7216-3(a) – Federal law requires this consent form be provided to you. Unless authorized, we cannot disclose, without your consent, your tax return information to third parties for purposes other than the preparation and filing of your tax return and, in certain limited circumstances, for purposes involving tax return preparation. If you consent to the disclosure of your tax return information, Federal law may not protect your tax return information from further use or distribution. If you believe your tax return information has been disclosed or used improperly in a manner unauthorized by law or without your permission, you may contact the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) by telephone at 1-800-366-4484, or by email at complaints@tigta.treas.gov. This consent to disclose may result in your tax return information being disclosed to a tax return preparer located outside the United States, including your personally identifiable information such as your Social Security Number ("SSN"). Both the tax return preparer in the United States that will disclose your SSN and the tax return preparer located outside the United States which will receive your SSN maintain an adequate data protection safeguard (as required by the regulations under 26 U.S.C. Section 7216) to protect privacy and prevent unauthorized access of tax return information. If you consent to the disclosure of your tax return information, Federal agencies may not be able to enforce U.S. laws that protect the privacy of your tax return information against a tax return preparer located outside of the U.S. to which the information is disclosed. I authorize Global Value Add, Inc dba MYTAXFILER to disclose our TAX RETURN INFORMATION to GVA Business Solutions (P) Ltd, myStartupCFO Shared Services (P) Ltd, its independent contractor or affiliates for the purpose of preparation of my tax return.

BY USING OUR SERVICE OR INFORMATION, A PERSON AUTOMATICALLY SIGNIFIES ACCEPTANCE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. ADDITIONALLY, CONTINUED USE OF OUR SERVICE OR INFORMATION FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY WILL MEAN THAT THE PERSON ACCEPTS THOSE CHANGES. ADDITIONALLY, BY USING OUR SERVICE OR INFORMATION, A PERSON SIGNIFIES UNAMBIGUOUS AND INFORMED CONSENT TO TRANSFER INFORMATION TO SERVERS IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, AND, IF THE CUSTOMER IS LOCATED IN THE EUROPEAN UNION, THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT CERTAIN EUROPEAN UNION MEMBER STATES CONSIDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TO BE "WITHOUT ADEQUATE DATA PROTECTIONS" AND (2) A CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY PERMITS MYTAXFILER TO TRANSFER SUCH INFORMATION TO THE THIRD PARTIES DESCRIBED ABOVE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ENTITIES.
