MYTAXFILER uses the information provided on our order forms and client information forms to complete the information on the required state and federal forms. MYTAXFILER does not offer legal services, legal advice, audit, or attest services but only generic information on legal subjects. MYTAXFILER is not an attorney, law firm, CPA, or CPA firm and not a substitute for any of these. Your access to and use of MYTAXFILER is subject to the Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer & Terms and Conditions. MYTAXFILER provides an online service portal / platform to give visitors a general understanding of the law or tax code, as well as to provide an automated software solution to business and/or individuals who choose to prepare their own business or legal documents. To that extent, the site publishes general information on legal issues commonly encountered. MYTAXFILER's document service also includes a review of your answers for completeness, spelling and grammar, as well as internal consistency of names, addresses and the like. At no time do we review your answers for legal sufficiency, draw legal conclusions, provide legal advice or apply the law to the facts of your particular situation. MYTAXFILER and its services are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney, or licensed CPA, Bookkeeping or tax professional.
From time to time, MYTAXFILER may perform certain attorney or certified public accountant (CPA) access services and introduce our visitors to attorneys or CPA's through various methods, including but not limited to (i) plans of legal insurance, (ii) third party attorney directory listings, (iii) third party limited scope agreements, and (iv) third party attorney referral services. At no time is an attorney-client, or CPA-client relationship fostered or created through the performance of any such services.
This site is not intended to create any attorney or CPA – client relationship, and by using MYTAXFILER, no attorney or CPA – client relationship will be created with MYTAXFILER. Instead, you are representing yourself in any legal, Bookkeeping, & taxation matter you undertake through MYTAXFILER's service unless specifically specified in any contract of law.
PRIVACY POLICY – MYTAXFILER respects your privacy and permits you to control the treatment of your personal information. A complete statement of MYTAXFILER's current Privacy Policy can be found here. MYTAXFILER's privacy policy is expressly incorporated into this Agreement by reference. When you open an account to use or access certain portions of the MYTAXFILER website or service, you must complete the registration process by providing the complete and accurate information requested on the registration form. You will also be asked to provide a user name and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You may not use the account, username, or password of someone else at any time. You agree to notify MYTAXFILER immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, user name or password. MYTAXFILER shall not be liable for any loss that you incur as a result of someone else using your password, either with or without your knowledge. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives due to someone else's use of your account or password.
OWNERSHIP – This site is owned and operated by Global Value Add, Inc dba MYTAXFILER, a corporation registered with the State of Texas, USA. All right, title and interest in and to the materials provided on this site, including but not limited to information, documents, logos, graph, sounds, and images (the "Materials") are owned either by MYTAXFILER or by its respective third party authors, developers, or vendors ("Third Party Providers"). Except as otherwise expressly provided by MYTAXFILER, none of the Materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, uploaded, posted, displayed, transmitted, or distributed in any way and nothing on this Site shall be construed to confer any license under any of MYTAXFILER's intellectual property rights, whether by estoppels, implication, or otherwise. MYTAXFILER does not sell, license, lease or otherwise provide any of the Materials other than those specifically identified as being provided by MYTAXFILER. FEES FOR SERVICES – Fees for services will be charged as per the price catalog displayed on the web or agreed upon specifically with the client via verbal or written communications. Fees may be subject to change at any time, and such changes will be final only upon approval from the client unless otherwise stated in any other document signed between MYTAXFILER and the client.
DELIVERY METHOD – As a part of our Going Green Initiative (to reduce paper waste in the workplace), all documents to be sent to the clients as per our services agreement, are sent via e-mail or online delivery via web applications. It is the customer's responsibility to keep a valid e-mail on file with MYTAXFILER in order to receive documentation. To opt out of paperless service, please contact our customer service team by writing to tax@mytaxfiler.com.
PAYMENT TERMS – All payments are payable in advance, before the service is delivered, unless specific terms and conditions specify otherwise. To ensure uninterrupted service, our customers on services contract longer than 1 month are automatically enrolled in MYTAXFILER autopay program. This program allows MYTAXFILER to charge a credit card for renewal of the service. The renewal charge is the current published rate for service. One month before the payment card is charged, MYTAXFILER sends a reminder of the upcoming renewal. Recipients of the reminder can contact MYTAXFILER to provide an alternative payment method. If MYTAXFILER does not hear from the recipient before the renewal date, the service subscription is auto-renewed for one year and the payment card is charged. In the event that MYTAXFILER does not receive payment, they reserve the right to terminate the service, which may cause a business to fall out of good standing with the state. In all situations, MYTAXFILER liability is limited only to amounts paid to MYTAXFILER. If you are not satisfied with our service please contact our customer service department.
CANCELLATION & REFUND – Service fees for services not rendered will be refunded subject to terms and conditions mentioned in customer terms and conditions, engagement agreement. If you wish to cancel any paid service or services, you should notify tax@mytaxfiler.com or the agent or professional with whom you signed up for the service order, in writing. Cancellation fees charge or refunds of pro-rata fees will be as per terms set hereunder. MYTAXFILER shall remain within its rights to forfeit the non-refundable deposit amount paid to confirm the service, setup fees, and all one time charges, to recover the scale of cancellation charges set by our business associates or partners. Once a consultation meeting has started or advice is rendered, completed or prepared forms shared with you, this is considered partial or complete delivery of service or sharing of intellectual property, and refunds will not be processed under any circumstances. MYTAXFILER will take very step to get the work completed, as defined in the scope document sent via an emailed or mailed work order, estimate, proposal, NDA, contract or agreement, made in writing. Refunds will not be issued for amounts less than $25.00. If for some reason, you wish to cancel by quoting an arbitrary or vague reason, and the request is from your side, then a refund processing fee of $ 100 will apply for every refund requested. If you cancel the service or seek a refund after an unreasonable time has elapsed from the date of payment, refunds will not be processed under any circumstance. Unreasonable time is defined as three times the service completion time in MYTAXFILER's service level agreement or SLA table. MYTAXFILER will make every effort to render service as per scope of work agreed in writing. If the total service charge exceeds the full amount of the refund, the purchaser will not receive a refund, but will not be required to pay MYTAXFILER any additional fees. A refund request will automatically forfeit all rights to receive any and all services, credits or bonuses that would have otherwise been owed by MYTAXFILER. To prevent abuse of the refund policy, a refund of fee may only be requested once in customer's history with MYTAXFILER.
RETURNED CHECKS – A $50 fee will be added to all checks returned to MYTAXFILER due to non-sufficient funds or closed accounts. In addition, a bank service fee will be charged on these checks.
LIMITED PERMISSION TO DOWNLOAD – For the product and services paid for, MYTAXFILER hereby grants you permission to download, view, copy and print the Materials on any single, stand-alone computer solely for your personal, informational, non-commercial use and provided that (i) the copyright and trademark notice appearing below appears in such Materials, (ii) the Materials are not used on any other Web site or in a networked computer environment and (iii) the Materials are not modified in any way. This permission terminates automatically without notice if you breach any of these terms or conditions. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy any downloaded or printed Materials. Any unauthorized use of any Materials contained on this Site may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity and communications regulations and statutes.

If the MYTAXFILER technical staff suspects a user name is being used by someone who is not authorized by the proper user, MYTAXFILER may temporarily disable that user's access in order to preserve system security. In all such cases, MYTAXFILER will contact the member as soon as feasible.
MYTAXFILER reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to cancel user access at any time.
The use of your MYTAXFILER user account for any illegal activity under the laws of Texas, USA is a violation of these Terms of Use. Since the law as to jurisdiction of online systems is unsettled, we urge you to consider the possible effect of laws outside MYTAXFILER's locality or your own residence.
